AtKanikas Pottery Workshop - Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your pottery workshop session.

1. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
• Workshop fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made will get no Refunds.
• We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

3. Age Requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years or older.

4. Health and Safety

• Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to the workshop.
• Please wear appropriate clothing that can get dirty. Aprons will be provided by us.
• Keep nails short for ease of working with clay.
• Avoid wearing rings, watches, or loose accessories.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings. Please leave valuables at home.

5. Workshop Conduct

• Participants must follow all instructions provided by the instructor.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or poses a safety risk.
• No refunds will be given for removal due to misconduct

6. Finished Pieces

If you require additional firing, glazing and final firing of the piece, it will be on additional chargeable basis.

• If required, firing and glazing will take 2-4 weeks.
• We will notify you when your pieces are ready for collection.
• Pieces not collected within 60 days may be discarded.
• We are not responsible for pieces that may crack or break during the firing process.

7. Photography and Media

• We may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes.
• By participating, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials.
• Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed.

8. Liability

• Participants attend workshops at their own risk
• We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the workshop
• Participants are responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused by their negligence.
